Yup im so torn right now cause i need a host that stays up but o dont want to pay a arm and a leg for it and jumping ship with some of those mentioned in this thread is not a good solution... Im hoping they come back online and make it right with us.. But who knows how bad it really is.. Im glad i have a part time gig online and was able to redirect via domain some of my current traffic..Comment

came extremely close to moving my shit a couple of days ago down to that on top of previous dealings with the same staff member. Was easier to get cpanel hosting elsewhere than try and get that task accomplished with cyberwurx, and the associated hassle of moving all my other sites. Other than that, they have been amazing for me since 2003 and definitely looked after me.Comment

I use Amerinoc and Mojohost ... both have been great over the years despite Amerinoc being down at the moment. And I don't think it is really an Amerinoc issue. It seems Level 3 Communications is the real issue today.Comment

Not sure why you selectively screencap the one incorrect response from 2012 that was later corrected by 3 Digital Ocean employees in that thread. As you see below they do allow legal adult content.
If you would have read the TOS like I did, and was kind enough to link to in my previous post, you'd see they state they allow adult.

I do not want to argue or occupy our mutual time, but my host (I am with for over 10 years ) has TOS where it states clearly : NO sex with or about:
underage
animals
scat
Bdsm with blood
Pissing
Etc....the list is longer but clear....
....and simple... On the other hand Digital Ocean TOS is akin to being " a little bit pregnant"
Anyway, lets stay friends and leave the thread to those who need the questions answered OK ? I disagree,but respect your opinion
