1- How do you provide support to people who email you in another language?

2- If the members area isn't in their language, isn't that a problem for them?

Nina, for the multilagual customer service, I would try to contact your billing processor. These companies are getting bigger everyday and some of them should offer this kind of service.

Now, about the members area, we can definitely work on the translation of all your interface buttons, titles, main descriptions and so on. For your updates, I would advise you to 1) get freelance work from webmasters and friends from the business you have or 2) hire a translation company. I would be more than glad to point you some people that could work on this for you.
