where can i open a US bank account with no setup fee?
 

I come from non-US, I need a US bank account to withdraw my paypal $, valisinternational.com can open one with a $100 setup fee, but have no money in my CC, so I need open a US bank account with no setup fee, or I can pay setup fee via paypal

Here is Belgium almost any bank will open you a euro account for free with netbanking and credit card attached to it. Only think is, you gotto by a belgian citizen...... i'll pick you up at the airport :)

you can setup an account at Yambo. it's free. then get an ATM card, then send your paypal money to your Yambo a/c (it's possible) and then withdraw money.
