How to fill Tax Form 1065 for non-working LLC's ?
 

We setup an LLC in Delaware in October, but then processors started to accept EU webmasters and we didn't use our LLC, we don't have any revenues for the company.

We need to submit a 1065 form to the IRS. It's dead complicated, I don't think if it's OK to fill it with zeros.

Any ideas?? And does IRS accept fax submitting?
