Banner Exchanges? Still good? Anyone use?
 

Is there any interest in banner swap / banner exchange programs anymore?

Or have they pretty much been left by the wayside when TGP's came on the scene?

I like http://www.blueblood.net/webtoys/ but I'm biased :) and it is pretty niche-oriented i.e. good if you are in the niche, but not useful if you are not.
