One day 'U.S. Intelligence' reports Bin Laden as dead. The other day 'U.S. Intelligence' believes Sadam was seriously wounded.

And we can see both of them alive and smiling on Al Jazeera.

So someone please explain to me: Does 'Intelligence' mean they are stupid?
