I will have to try that. I'm so addicted to great chocolate that if I have a big box in the house I will eat it all on the same day. No self control. Thankfully I don't put on weight so I can occasionally chow down on LOTS of chocolate

Every man to his taste. Some like 85% or even 99%, others prefer 10%-20% cocoa with milk with various fillers. It's like with coffee. Most Americans like it with milk and sugar, I like it black and pure - just coffee and water, because milk and sugar kills the flavor. Very true & same here. Once I dropped the sugar/milk I really realised how much I preferred it without but it also helped me stay slim too.
