SoBeGirl Would like to know If GloBill Is good?
ON their website it says no set up fees, no long forms, in one hour you are set up to bill. Can it be true? All the other companies are such a pain to hook up. Lots of forms, lots of faxing, lots of money. Can globills claims be true? and if so how can they be so different than other companies. Do they rip people off?

Roberto here is telling me he got set up in 2 hours last saturday night at 4 am, and he got email support and the scripts set up in a matter of hours. he's really impressed.

Hmm so it is true. Almost seems to good to be ture. I am having the same situation with Jettis. I can't complain about their customer service but I must have faxed aobut 40 pages to them and I am still not done. But, does globill pay out on time and such. That is the really important part. If set up is easy and they don't pay on time or ever then what good is it? And how can they be so different than the rest??

we use globill, along with 3 other processors.
globill seems solid, easy to setup, tech support good, they pay on time. but i think their scrubbing is excessive. |

Pretty quick approval, tech support answers within the hour, and lots of options for billing. I like 'em. Also there's a webmaster message board where you can vent, they don't censor complaints and it seems most users are pretty happy on the whole.

Since the Visa mess was cleared up, Globill did send my wire so that it showed up one day late once, but they were reachable and pleasant and reassuring and THEY HAD REALLY SENT THE MONEY ALREADY when I contacted them. I suppose I should be putting an affiliate link in these messages, but I think you all know Globill's URLs. None of the processing companies are perfect, but I find Globill more honest and much easier to deal with than most others.

Globill kicks ass. They'll review your sites and set them up for very fast, any time of the day or night. Their customer support is good, and as far as I know, they've only been late maybe 2 times in the past year, because of all the Visa brouhaha. And each time, they were posting on GFY and their own support form answering all questions.
