With a good makeup artist you can make a dogface girl look like Brooke Shields. When I had a photo studio in LA, the models were always told to show up without makeup so we could do it professionally. It was scary when they'd walk in the door, but when they'd walk out after the shoot you'd swear it wasn't the same girl.

It's not the photoshop job that makes me go "ack", it's the fact that she's 4 shades lighter from her necklace up. No blending whatsoever.
Reminds me of the girls in high school who would have stark lines on their jawbone from where they were too stupid to blend the makeup in under their jaw.
