If Bernie loses Florida today, he's finished.

If Bernie loses in Florida, he is pretty much mathematically eliminated from the race. Hillary leads by pretty big numbers in every poll, even one taken as early as this morning. Bernie will probably drop out of the race. Who will the Bern-outs support if this happens?

If all the email scandal evidence against Hillary goes to a Grand Jury, Hillary is also eliminated from the race.

Entirely wrong.

Quite the situation if things unfold that way. Bernie might just ride it out in case that does happen. One of Hillary's IT guys just turned snitch after getting immunity. That should raise some eyebrows.

The Bern-outs will continue to hope Hillary is prosecuted. That's the only chance Bernie has of winning the Dem primary nomination.

Sorry, not mathematically eliminated. But his chances would be slim to none, and slim is out of town on business.

He's always been a longshot. The establishment has been plotting for years to make Hillary the nominee.

Superdelegates don't yet matter at this point either

I never thought Berne could win the nomination but I had hopes he would influence the Democratic Party's platform and just maybe, force a dark horse candidate at the convention.

If you want a do little change candidate -- Hillary is your choice.

How Bernie does in the primary states of Ohio, New York, Pennsylvania and California will matter at the convention with regard to platform influence.

How do you figure? Super Delegates should not be counted until the convention. Media is wrong in doing that. I still think Hillary wins but Super Delegates are not said and done

He did. Florida has spoken.

Sanders has been finished since he was behind 100 pledged delegates. The super delegates don't matter, they go with whomever wins pledged delegates. But because all democrat primaries are proportional, BS would have to win numerous large states by a large margin. He has no states like that, and never has. His base voters, white males, aren't a majority in any state with many delegates. They were in Iowa, and New Hampshire, and Vermont, etc, but those states don't have a lot of delegates. He might win Washington state, which has a lot of delegates, but if his margin is 50.5 to 48.9 he gets maybe 5-6 delegates more. By the end of tonight, Clinton has beaten BS in 10 big delegate states by wide margins.

As for indictment, keep dreaming. It may be possible that the people who are in charge of the case, lifelong trained career specialists in law enforcement, don't understand it as well as some of the people here do. Maybe those agents should watch more youtube videos. I'm sure Trey Gowdy thought he had it in the bag like Marco Rubio, before he got his ass handed to him.
