It depends, if they do not have any value whatsoever I would drop them.

Save the registration renewal fees on the losers.
Then buy a few new domains.

I got roughly 125 useless domains now since they got penalized, they can barley pay there hosting bill now if at all. Only hope is my mech bunny tgp sites which google opted not to ban.

nobody recommends to throw them on Tubes / Live Cam white labels anymore? somebody needs to come out / create very sophisticated white label program I think.

WP them all with different themes, divide them on 3 separate IP's start posting on them with original content (200 words or more per post), link between them and in about three months start selling SEO blog posts at $6 a pop.
I know dozens of webmasters that are doing so and are making good cash!

Depends on the domain and how generic it is. If its something like bbwmidgetinterracialanalrobots.com then it's going to be a challenge. :)
