I just keep repeating the keyword a thousand times at the bottom of the page and make it the same color as the background. That, and I trade links with sites. All my sites are #1 on every search engine.

You also have to be sure to put your keyword at least 200 times in the meaty tags. Anything less and you're wasting your time.
