At fantasy price 19 000 Euro, I am not surprised this is still available. I would even call it "unsold". People do not really care what YOU paid or have invested into it, what matters is what type of future value people can see in it, in terms of earnings.

I shouldn't even reply to your post, if you talk about fantasy price it's obvious that you don't even know what a tube site is and how much it costs, 19k maybe for you are a lot of money but for a site like pornohd.com is nothing compared to the work there is behind it!

Everyone cares about the future value or usefulness of the car for themselves.

How much revenue does the site create a month? The guys are right i dont really care what you spent im not paying $19,000 on a site that makes $100/mo lol. Im interested but only if the speed of the site can be improved and you price based on 7ish times revenue. If not good luck with your sale :)

money put into developing the product should never go into the sale price, the sale price should be based on revenue its earning, which you havent mentioned at all in the topic, if any at all.

also you should say about mechbunny, the new owner will not get any support what so ever, or updates on the scripts since they dont allow reselling the licenses.

You are talking about nothing! i know very well Komrad from mechbunny and you can be sure he dones't have any problem with the license.

So if you don't know how mechbunny sale department works please ask to Konrad!!!

i have asked him this since i was going the route of selling a site, the person buying the site wont get updates, or support, or allow for any other domains be licensed, unlike if you buy, you get unlimited.

buyers should know this up front, if they think they can use mechbunny on more domains, which isnt possible.

konrad told me this himself.

and whats the problem ? a mechbunny license costs less than 1k that in my opinion is nothing for this top level tube script!

Well the site is nice but I see lots of full length movies on there from Naughty America, Brazzers, Nubile Films, Team Skeet etc. and yet no ads for any of those sites.

So if I were you, be careful because any of them or anybody with full length videos on there has a case and can just sue your ass and get the domain for "free" if they wanted and it's a nice domain.

Basically what i am selling is the domain and the fully customized script with multilanguage support, then if you want to remove or change content this is up to you!

get real on the price and then people will be interested. No one will buy something where they cant see any return on investment. Yes the domain is nice and Yes the design is nice but if you cant make it work (why else would you sell a site with hardly any income and traffic) why would someone burn themselves on it.
