Don't want to break your spirit but I think a main part of his business was selling feeds of his to other paysites. I'm sure it would help retention though.

Soooo, no one has experience in that? No paysites provide such service? That is the food for thinking:

1) It is difficult to organize such service
2) No use of that service

What is the answer?

I'm new here, but organizing that service is not that difficult, but you should have only good connections with strip clubs and money to cover the traffic - I think retention will increase.
