Software to convert .mpeg to .wmv ??

What software are you using to compress a mpeg file to a smaller wmv file?

Tried Cleaner 5 but cannot get any sound...
(while I had no problem with sound converting a avi file to wmv)

Actually Windows Movie Maker does a real good job and it's free..
