Best software platform for multi-site network build out?
 

I am going to be building a network of sites and wanted industry veterans recommendations for the best platform(s) to manage such an endeavor. I am looking for something that is extremely mobile friendly and has the ability to handle a ton of traffic. (Understand that can be host specific but I have some ideas there.)
