I would devide it up on more than one person.
A webmaster that can do all that well, would rather have his own site i think, but you could find some that could do one or 2 of the things, and pay them by the hour.

DarkJedi 03-23-2003 06:13 AM

no bad.

Tuga 03-23-2003 06:14 AM

I agree with ebus_dk. If a webmaster can do all that, and wants to do it for you, is not good at it.

DarkJedi 03-23-2003 06:20 AM

i think it really depends on how loaded he's gonna be.
if he is expected to do several galleries and free sites and avs sites a day its a lot of work.

That's not completely true, so if the designers can design, why shouldn't they build the paysites for themself instead of design for others and etc... ;)

Some are good with designs, some with marketing, some with SE, some with Tgps, etc... ;)

Also 1,000 to 1,500$ a month could help to someone get started ;)

DarkJedi 03-23-2003 06:24 AM

However, i'm sure there are many 3 worlders who would be glad to work 24/7 for $1.500 a month. Most people in china india russia etc. dont make more than 100$ a month.

Well, i don't mind where he'll be from, as long as he do the job ;)

I think that 1,000$ to 1,500$/month for working from home few hours eachday... really isn't a bad salary.

but if you are doing like 10,000$/month from your buisness, that's someting else ;)

Machete_ 03-23-2003 06:35 AM

But i have 2 years of experinece with pro. vidoediting (my last company was based on selling Turn-key videoediting systems and storeage to the broadcast and production business)

Tuga 03-23-2003 06:50 AM

If a guy is only good at some of that stuff, I may work for others, but it he's good at all of them and wants to do it full time, he should do it for himself!

I can do the galleries :thumbsup

Playful 03-25-2003 12:14 PM

I agree... that salary wouldn't even cover rent. I doubt you'll find a US based person with that offer, but there is talent all over the world.

I agree as well, anyone who can do all that does that for himself; it's not just designing, but also submitting to TGPs, building sites with content updating, etc.

I don't agree, I make a great living, but can always use the extra $1500/month.

TheViper 03-25-2003 12:34 PM

Why don't you devide the work into two seperate divisions and let 2 people work on it :2 cents:

Full time means 40 hours a week right?

So you want someone who can design / build pages, edit your video, and submit to tgps? for $1000 - $1500 / month?

If it is a 'full time' job like you say it is -- thats $6.25 to $9.37 per hour -- shit McDonalds starts at like $7 per hour doesn't it?

Hope you can find someone for that cheap -- and my condolences for anyone with those skills that is in a desperate enough situation to take the job for that little $

playa 03-25-2003 12:54 PM

You can make more by flipping burgers working full time

Serge Litehead 03-25-2003 12:59 PM

could you please identify exact amount of work required, separetly by each item for the money you're offering
i might be able manage your workload, as well, others too.

you could make even more doing two shifs one at McDonalds and other at burgerking

Butrflied 03-25-2003 01:06 PM

I believe min. wage is $5.15/hour. So you'd prob. make more money with this guy, then starting a job flipping burgers.

mrthumbs 03-25-2003 01:10 PM

stop the fucking bs arguments:

There's a difference between flipping burgers for $8 and
working from the comfort of your home for $8.

So $1500 for a semi full time job is more than reasonable.

Dawgy 03-25-2003 01:12 PM

id be willing to do some of it, but not all of it, for $1500.

thats a lot of stuff to do for less than $10 an hour

funny

flashfreak 03-25-2003 03:05 PM

a GOOD guy who knows all that stuff will be hard to find... good luck.

andi_germany 03-25-2003 03:20 PM

Its simple. Someone who can do all that runs his own paysite. Otherwise there would not be a reason to learn all what is required.
