Yeah, I'm on cable too, and the upload speed is horrible.

I'm on Comcast@Home Cable, and they're planning to up the upload speed to 256k upstream for an additional fee.

I'm not going to upgrade since it's only good for sending pics faster to your favorite relative and for those P2P kiddies.
