Same - I did 5 years of night shifts and then spent 8 years in NZ - My body clock has never readjusted properly...

i did 11 years 2nd shirft and it was perfect for my heavy drinking back then.. I just continued those hours into adult the last 14 years although my drinking has went way down the last 5 or 6 years
