Do you think this LIVE war footage is really LIVE?
Do you think it's live? or maybe delayed by a few minutes in case they have to stop the feed because someone might get their head blown off and they don't wanna show that on TV?
I remember when the Swissair plane crashed into the Atlantic in 1998 I was watching live footage of people in boats searching the water for survivors and most of the water was full of plane bits, but then they came upon a bunch of dead bodies in the water, a few seconds later they cut the footage off, but not before you could clearly see dead people floating in the water. |
I thnk the war would be better if it was being watched by the characters from Mystery Science Theatre 3000.
At least presidental speeches would be more entertaining. |
Yeah... about as live as the moon landing!
Bwahahaahahahahaahahahahahaaha! |

It's probably on a few seconds delay. As much as the networks might love it, I doubt they'd actually show us live carnage.

All "live" stuff is delayed, between 5 seconds to a minute, depending on what it is. Radio station do it, TV stations do it for their news and other things. It is normal to delay things in case you need to cut it off.
