This is funny to me. A fisherman can catch a small shark (similar size as the photo), slowly butcher it while it's still alive to use smaller pieces as bait to catch larger sharks. And no one bats and eyelash. But a guy pulls one out of the water to take a photo with it, and the internet goes nuts?!?!? If it were an endangered species, then yes, scream on the mountain tops of how big of an asshole this guy is. But as far as I'm concerned, this is nothing more than misguided rage.
