Tornado Down!!

Well maybe not a tornado but an RAF plane has gone 'missing' after a mission..

Fuck.. those guys are in for a bad time if they are caught..

Easton 03-22-2003 11:29 PM

two words: cyanide pills

Jamdin 03-22-2003 11:31 PM

Shit now they say it was shot down by a US patriot missile.. 'friendly fire'

Pornwolf 03-23-2003 01:07 AM

Does anyone else notice that the bad stuff that happens never seems to happen from the enemy. Are these just asnine mistakes or is it just denying the facts?

foreverjason 03-23-2003 01:08 AM

cyanide is a shitty way to go.

Though I guess better than torture obviously lol.

It's pretty frustrating to hear a military commander talking about the precision with which bombing raids are being carried out only to then find that most of the military that have been killed or injured so far in this action have been through friendly fire and accidents.

I know it's part of the price of peace... but it's frustrating none the less. All of those soldiers would much rather have died in the heat of battle.

I agree, most soldiers would rather collect disability, beat up kids in the local bars, and die a few years later... alone, and pathetic.

Oh, wait... not most soldiers, just you Pathfinder, ;)

my statement maybe should have read "if they had to die, they'd likely prefer it not be at the hands of their own allies"

I understood what ya meant, =)

Was just retorting to the old man, since he's mr. military, and the first to attack anyone he doesn't agree with, ;)

Cheers hon

what the hell are helicopters doing flying through patriot missle defense areas anyway...

The patiot missle system was designed to do exactly what it did.. I just wonder what the hell the helicopter was doing there. :(

If it was a Tornado then it was not a helicopter.
