If Obama appoints her, the Democratic nominee will win the election in a landslide.

She's the first Latina and first openly gay justice on the Colorado Supreme Court. Republican Senators would stomp on their own dicks during the confirmation process, GOP nominees would say the wrong things, Hispanics and gay voters would flock to the Dem nominee... and she's qualified. :2 cents:

Only thing it would do is bring more people to the polls, on both sides, Gay and Hispanic are already voting Democrat and Hardcore Rednecks and Christians are already voting Republican.

Shame that there are so few that actually *think* about who they are voting for, this is not a slam on either side, just an observation.

I think RNC could nominate Hitler, and DNC could nominate Idi Amin and a 3rd party still wouldn't win the general election

This possibly could be the year that an Independent wins the white house. If Trump and Sanders win then a decent chance Bloomberg runs as an Independent. And if that happens a very good chance Bloomberg wins the Presidency.

The fact that nominating a white male is out of the question confirms the abhorrent racism of the Obama administration.

Its not out of the question... its just not politically advantageous. That's a reflection of the voting public, not the person doing the appointment. :2 cents:
