I got august, september, october and december checks but they refuse to send my november payment in full and I didn't get my january check too.

With A LOT of traffic they could make $2k with Ucbill in NOVEMBER. But they wouldn't be paid, just like me. The same traffic and I got just a bit more than 10% of it in december. Sucks, uh?

Right now I'm promoting a download program from other sponsor and I'm doing great with it. Hope it keeps this good for months :)
In a week I'll be getting my first check from them.

I sent 2 e-mails to them with this thread URL.

They only pay on downloads from certain countries. Looks like the bulk of your hits are from shit areas or something.
You were paid in November for the countries allowed. I suspect you were then termed from the program (after all your bitching) so Jan check won't arrive.

Cut your losses and stick with the new download program.
Or filter your traffic and only send them hits from the allowed countries.

They did not send my November payment. Nothing. They offered to pay me for the filtered traffic, I did not accept. But they said the check for the filtered traffic was sent... I didn't get it. I tried to talk with them to get at least the filtered traffic november payment and my january check, but they're ignoring me.

They published in their site this "filtering traffic" rule just near December 27th. No emails sent before this date warning about anything. Retroative rules? Fuck it!
They sent my december check for the filtered traffic. I do not agree with this, but "shit happens".

I'll stick with my new download program. I'm very happy with it.

But UCBill is wrong in this case.
