Yes, I have noticed the problems. My images aren't showing, and I am getting the site down message from Twitter.

At least Twitter is now a lot more reliable than it used to be. In its early days, the Fail Whale was a regular occurrence.

Twitter's app kept crashing on me.
Who knows what the fuck it was doing.
They need better QA.
