hey guys, seriously ... they are reading, i have been trying to get answer why they are ignoring me on their facebook, and the only thing is that my message is deleted and nobody get in touch, so seriously ignoring me ... hey, i have enough, will try to call and then publish all the conversations and a big warning to everyone to not use their service ... i have lost seven years of work in monitors and alerts, and they blocked my account with answer like from some kids, answering absolutelly nothing, and from then i am absolutelly ignored on both their emails. i did nothing bad, just one guy brian vrsalovich told me i have abused their service and that is all, where i have been abusing nothing, when i have asked how i abused their service, i never got reply. i have never been rude at them, until few emails later where i have been waiting almost a week for answer, and only getting ignored on all levels ... after more than seven years of paying around 80usd monthly to them ... all emails will be published very soon, to show you how amateurish and ignorant service they are. seriously, this is very bad ... :2 cents:

so ... anyone please? after trying to get in touch on phone, it said nobody is available to they will contact me in 24h, nobody contacting me, nobody contacting me on my tickets, nobody contacting me on their facebook, they only deleting my messages, tried even to contact their api team for api account, nobody answering me, so, everyone at domaintools is ignoring me, after paying them 6500+usd in last seven years. is this normal? they closed my account without any explanation, just sent me link to their tos, but nobody told me what exactly i did, and i am pretty sure i did nothing wrong, at least not wrong to see them acting at me like at some thief or scammer or what. i have seven years of work there on my account, all i need is the datas from my account, but, everybody on there on all levels is ignoring me. so, looking still for contact, if no contact, anyone know if this can be handled by lawyer? i will not leave those fuckers playing their shitty game and fucking with my business ... so, any help is much appreciated, and hope those motherfuckers will pay for my lost money ... this is seriously the worse support and the worse acting from my whole online journey. never seen something like that ... and i hope, at the end, the people who are behind this shit will pay and will get fired, because this is something absolutely unacceptable ... domaintools are fraud, scam, thieves and worse support of all ... be aware! there may be guy brian vrsalovich checking your account and decide to close it and then just fuck with your like he is fucking with me ... brian vrsalovich is a man who is in his low mid age already in 15th job and moving from jobs like every half year, and now, this guy, decided to fuck with my business and all he did is closed my account and from then nothing, no answer to my questions and so, some stupid dick who have to be fired and pay for his absolute fucked up ignorance ... i am really not getting this ... how the fuck can some company be that fucked up nowadays?

A "power house" in the states is likely much more effective. The first strong arm letter from Paul and paul would cost around $250 and your hope is domain tools folds. Just need to give them a number of what that data is worth and they would prepare something good. hm ... so it looks like i will just lost seven years of my informations stored in my domaintools account. i have been calling to both numbers, i have been emailing to both emails, i have been facebooking, i have been twittering, i have contacted their api team for pricing, i have been trying to get in touch via linked in premium, and, you know what, absolute silence ... absolute ignorancy, this is seriously ridiculous absolute crazy and if someone will tell me i will laugh at him that it is not possible ... guys, this domaintools company is the biggest thief i have ever found, they are the biggest bastards, from the fuckers at support, to the bosses who simply give a fuck about 7years old customer who got fucked by one of their shitty employees ... i am going to put all this black on white, and will spend few days of posting this all around ... i fuck any lawyer, not worth the time and so, but those bitches have to be exposed, this is something i would never imagine that company where you pay 80usd monthly can do ... seriously, fuck off domaintools, and be sure if i will meet any of you fuckers, i will demand the answers ... fucking piece of thievery bitches ... :2 cents:
