I just need a lic for a server not hosting anywhere cheaper to buy a copy besides thier website?

yea but $4.50 per account get steep if you setup a ton of domains seperatly.

do u need to have them all have there own control panel and not under a 'master' acct(s)

can i make seperate ftp accounts for individual domains?

You'd think that these control panel companies would be out there to conduct business but after being in the hosting business for quite some time I realized they are here to fuck you out of as much money as they can while providing the least functionality possible. I gave up on control panel providers and made my own. And no, I am not selling it cause then I'd become yet another control panel company.
