A military guy said we had 75% of the Tomahawk Cruise missles in the Persian Gulf at this time. And that the number was 1500 total..

Maybe he was misquoted but I dont think we would send that many already?

We're only getting to see a very limited scope of what they're hitting. I'm sure Baghdad is only feeling a little bit of their attacks.

Fox news has also just reported that US officials have satellite images of "panicked digging" at the bunker they believe Saddam was in. US officials also say they are sure they have seen Saddam carried out on a stretcher and placed into an ambulance.

Yep, just saw the report. If true, it would be amazing, the first strike taking out Saddam and maybe his two sons as well.

Sometimes I feel like switching it off and turning it back on in a month or two when the sanitized version of whats going on is over.. The psyops seem to be going incredibly well, and trying to take him out strategically would be a great feat.. it's just so hard to know how much of the info has come straight from the army's office of public relations for the benefit of the folks back home... how much of the psyops are we being exposed to..

I always take early media reports with a grain of salt. In the effort to be first with info they will put out any rumor or bits of mis-information and have been caught on occassion putting out total fabrications.

What we do seem to know to be fact is the game plan was changed from day one so who knows, maybe we nailed him. The videos of him since that first strike are generic in nature and could have been pre-recorded. I just heard another report a few minutes ago that we may be soon be seeing another video of Saddam. If it is also generic in nature it will increase my suspicion that we may have already taken him out.

I think this is partly because they are substituting smarter cruise missiles for relatively "dumb" bombs.

It is being reported on CNN that the 7th CAV has halted its drive to Baghdad and is engaging Iraqi forces that it came across.

The Iraqi Information Minister is speaking on CNN right now and he said they have proof that the US villians/gangsters are targeting civilians because 207 people have been injured due to our attack. Let me see, 1000 cruise missiles, no telling how many smart bombs, 1500 targets hit and 207 people injured. Yep...the US is clearly targeting civilians.

Two British helicopters had a mid air collision apparently over water and all aboard are feared to be lost.

I always wonder why so many planes/choppers have tech failures
during a war. Whenever a plane/chopper goes down it was never
shot down.....always tech failure. Don´t they check these things?
Or could it be that they got tech failures because they were hit?
