Do you use project management software you love?

I'm looking for great project management software that should:
  1. Be user intuitive ie not have a massive learning curve from trying to do everything for everyone.
  2. Let me create task reminders to email myself and others on a team.
  3. Let me store files with a project
  4. Important! Be able to be used offline

Please let me know if you use or have used something like this.

Thanks and may all your projects go well!
Joe S.

Basecamp is good for me for task management and team collaboration. Not sure about offline.

We use Trello as a team.

Trello for mobile works offline (limited features e.g. no editing) and syncs when you connect. The same applies for the web version if you disconnect you can still create new cards which will sync once you're back online.

As for individual team members, they're using Wunderlist for their day to day tasks.

Trello for the Business, Jira for the Developers and a Project Manager to mitigate the information exchange between the two.

JIRA or Redmine for project management

Bitrix is okay and fairly cheap from what I hear.

Trello is what we use.

We also use trello

We've used Basecamp and Asana in the past, but now exclusively Trello.

You should take a look at Slack as well, it's great from team communication and works great with Trello.
