First, actor Dieter Laser who plays the warden, deserves an Oscar.

Not the best of the series, but Laser makes the movie worth watching.

A man is castrated; mutilated genitals are seen during the scene.

A man masturbates as another man savagely beats a woman.

Men's buttocks are seen when the centipede is being constructed.

A man climbs on top of a comatose woman to rape her (her face has been beaten almost completely black and blue) and tells her that "he can still make her come."

A man keeps a large jar of "fried human clitorises" (imported from Africa) on his desk and eats them like candy. Other characters are offered "candy" from the jar and eat them not knowing what they really are.

Violence & Gore

The film is extremely violent. Much of the gore isn't until the film is about an hour in. Prison riots and gun violence towards guards and prisoners is frequent but not particularly graphic.

The main character, a prison warden, is a sadistic, brutal man who literally yells/shouts/screams at least half of his lines at the top of his lungs.

A man is "waterboarded" with boiling water. When the towel is pulled off, the man's face is bloody and mutilated.

A man is castrated in graphic detail.

A man savagely beats a woman into a coma; she's later seen with a heavily damaged face. Soon after, another man climbs on top of her while she is in her hospital bed, comatose, and prepares to rape her.

A group of prisoners surround a man and threaten to rape him, the ringleader of the men tells him they are going to cut a hole in his back and into his kidney and rape that hole. The main prisoner flips him over and does so while the rest of the prisoners hold the man down. No nudity, but very bloody and disturbing.

A man is seen in a prison cell, eating his own feces. He's shot after saying that he wants to be a part of the centipede.

A man with Crohn's disease is gleeful in the fact that due to his closed anus, he cannot be part of the centipede. However, there's a rather large hole in the side of his chest. A man puts a gun in the wound and fires, blowing blood, feces, and parts everywhere.

A lot of the centipede construction is not shown in graphic detail; nonetheless, it is still very disturbing and unsettling. There's one scene where a man asks to see and then watches the actual "ass to mouth" being sewed together.

A man embraces another man and shoots him in the head from point-blank range.

Profanity

Over 100+ uses of the F-word; three uses of the C-word; a collective of racial slurs towards African-Americans, Asians, Jews, Muslims, etc. Just about every religious and racial group is berated.

Alcohol/Drugs/Smoking
Some smoking and drinking throughout, one character in particular quite heavily - but not really dwelled upon.

Horse tranquilizers are used to sedate prisoners.

Now on Netflix! Ugh.
