Anyone else have problems withdrawing funds from Paxum?

Tried to withdraw funds by wire transfer and keep getting this same stupid error.

Errors :
You don't have enough money in your account. Please enter a correct value for this field.

Needless to say I have the enough money and it even shows the money available so what's causing the error??

I entered the correct value XXXX

I even tried XXXX.00

And still, the same goddam error. Extremely frustrating. Anyone else have this problem? I never needed to withdraw funds from Paxum so it's my first time doing so. Am I doing something wrong or is there a special way of doing it? I entered the transaction approval codes so everything looks right. Just don't know what's the deal with Paxum giving that error

u are not the first or last person who complain about paxum service . admin need to open section for paxum problems which are endless.

Best-In-BC 12-29-2015 11:56 PM

Nope, no problems here

EliteWebmaster 12-29-2015 11:59 PM

Best In BC,

I just want to confirm something regarding the "correct value". Let's say you want to withdraw $5000, how do you type it in the field?

5000
5000.00

Which way is the correct way?? It's just bizarre for them to say I don't have enough money in my account when their own system says I have the funds in my account.

I didn't realize there were many complains about their service. Personally I never needed to withdraw funds, this is my first time. I usually just let it build up but I figured I would withdraw some of it now.

yes because u might be busy and not checking the forum a lot . each week there are at least 2 posts about paxum problem, and 99% no replies from reps .

Are you forgetting about the fee

say you have $1000 in your account you will need the fee plus the amount so you would need $1001 in your account or take out $999

I didn't realize they had a fee but that would make sense. How much is it? I didn't drain the account for the withdrawal so I don't think it's the issue with not having enough for their fees but now that you mentioned it, curious now how much they charge as it's not listed on the wire transfer page?

Thats true I don't check this section of the forum often so that's probably why I didn't see it :thumbsup

The paxum webpage is down right now, some nginx error, but I assume a wire transfer would be around $30, at least that's what most sponsor charge so I would simply assume it would be in or around that amount.

webcamnews 12-30-2015 03:32 AM

Wire transfer is $50 as far as i know

No issues here.

What type of transaction are you trying to do? As mentioned above there are some fees. They are all listed on Paxum's website under "Fees" button on the top.

tossi-c 12-31-2015 03:59 AM

Don't have any issues with Paxum
