How Often Should You Shower?
 

Once a year on my Birthday, even if I dont smell that year.

I shower at least twice a day, more if I'm at a pool.

Never - My carers give me bedbaths with warm sponges

Only when it rains. Au naturale.

In summer i do it once or twice a day but in this period when its cold two or three time a week.

At least once a day and up to 3

Hilarious. EU people take more pride in their cleanliness/appearance than North American people do IMO. I shower twice per day. Once in the morning before leaving the house and once at night after the gym. I know a lot of people who won't bother to shower after the gym if it is in the evening, that is disgusting.

Every night before I go to bed, regardless of what time it is or what time I need to wake up. Every morning as soon as I wake up, regardless of what time I went to bed.

I can't go to bed without a shower, and I can't get going with my day without a shower. So, even if I go to bed at 3 AM, then wake up at 6 AM, I'll take a shower 3 hours apart.

Plus, if I go out at night for anything, I'll take a shower before I leave.

So, minimum 2 showers a day. Sometimes 3 a day.

Daily is a good thing..

I get the tramp who lives next door to sneeze over me every morning, it's the same thing.

Once a day but if I go out at night I'll shower before going out. When I lived in AZ I'd shower 2 or 3 times a day depending if I got in my pool.

Something tells me showing isn't a priority of most conspiracy theorists since mental illnesses attributes to poor hygiene.

How many French, Spanish & Italian people do you know? I know a lot, always dressed great, always look great and take great pride in themselves. French people get a bad rep, not sure where that comes from tbh, never met a smelly French person.
