Anybody have/know a good, simple opt-in autoresponder?
 

Looking for days now, they are all too fancy..

Just need this:

landingpage
form
email with confirmation sent
confirmation link clicked >> page
email with info sent
form data saved to mysql


Too easy apparently, since it is nowhere to be found.


Anybody has it already?

Oh, no Wordpress or any other dependancy, just plain bootstrap/html5/jquery stuff.
