Everyone else's Mastercard fees due tomorrow too?

Why my merchant guy decides to tell me TODAY that my high risk fees are due TOMORROW I have no clue. Thanks dude for giving me a heads up. 'Preciate ya!

Does everyone pay them at the same time or is it different for everyone?

The Merchant Processor might have the same renewal date for all, just to make it easier for him. I don't remember if I was quoted an "annual" fee based on Jan 1- Dec 31.

We (Verotel) only charge annual fees for merchants with less than EUR 100/week in processing and in this case the fee is required from your anniversary date - one year later.

If you have volume greater than EUR 100/week in processing, we pay the fee on your behalf. :thumbsup

Verotel is the BEST!

We have used them for our processing needs for over a decade! Payments arrive on time - every time. Simple as that.

Verotel is one of the few things in this crazy business that I NEVER have to worry about. :thumbsup

Usually you'd pay the fee when you start your account and then once per year, on the yearly anniversary of your account. This would of course be individual.

The only reason to charge all at the same time, would be if you did not pay full yearly fee when you first started and then only paid up till the set, yearly renewal date.

Ahh so I guess I pay at the same time every year. I don't keep track, he just tells me and it comes out. I have no idea when Visa is due, I guess in January.

Just nice he tells me the night before. Brat.

You guys make payments weekly right? What are your percentages? I process between 35 and 40k a week.

I get deposits daily, so that would be an issue for me.

We send payouts every Monday (weekly). With CardBilling, your rate would be an all-inclusive 5%. If you want a quote for Verotel, send me an email and I will make you an offer.

I've never gotten a straight answer about billing for hard goods (mail order DVDs) but I'll write again.

I get 5% because hard goods are not "risk".

Do European consumers have a preference in processors vs American consumers, Asian consumers?

Hey Jason, these are my rates right now.

Your rates for Visa, M/C & Discover are: 4.14%, 4.45%, 5.07% and .20 cent transaction
fee. AMEX is 2.89% and .30 cent transaction fee.

I'd say I'm pretty good.

Just so I can give you an overview, what is your chargeback fee per chargeback?

Do you have any account maintenance (monthly) fees? What do you pay annually?
