Where to refer female talent?
 

I don't want to be totally involved more of a.. "Here is a hot girl, who can I refer her to and get a kick back from her work?"

That being said, how does it usually work? What would be my typical compensation?

how much of a commission are you talking? Most of the agencies pay between $500 - $1000 but with most of them, collecting it will be an issue.

Exactly why I am posting on here, looking for a handful of referrals of companies that pay a decent commission and 100% of the time without issue?

No legit companies to refer girls to?

How about you just refer her because you're trying to help a friend out who is looking for a job?

I know quite a few girls who aren't actual friends just people I know so I would like to get a kickback.

Considering girls get paid $800-$1,000+ and most girls aren't going to actively seek this type of work figured there would be a pretty good niche for this..

So nobody pays for referred talent?

The referral perks are probably drying up with the public alarm about sex trafficking and the fact that only the rescue/alarm industry gets its arguments printed. It's probably not worth the risk of being branded a pimp or a trafficker, unless you are also talent/willing to get in front of the camera yourself... and kink says they are taking guys :)

Legit companies use legit agencies

these days agencies pay a flat if and only after a girl completes 2-3 scenes (eg. 500 bucks)

you could always be a suitcase pimp and manager since they are your friends

What he and Grapesoda said. Companies like to deal with agencies. Agencies like to deal with the girl alone--i.e., no suitcase pimps/boyfriends/webmasters, etc.

If you are under the mis-conception that you can make a percentage of all her gigs you are mistaken.

The most you can hope for is a 1 time $500 finders fee from an agency.

They usually pay after the talent has booked 3 gigs minimum.

I gave up doing this long ago because it's usually like pulling teeth trying to get paid.

Mark Schecter at ATMLA is a stand up guy. It wont be $1000, but ask him. :pimp
