Imcat / Image Catalog can be fownloaded from www.moon1000.com - you can to several directorys at the same time, and the advance settings are REALLY good

Makes the nicest thumbs Ive ever seen. Uses same sharpening algorithm as photoshop. Batches tons of thumbs very fast.

Nothing can touch <A HREF="http://www.smalleranimals.com/">Thumbnailer</A> in my opinion.
