ITV (UK) thinks Ainsley Harriot is Lenny Henry
 

Strangely, Ainsley is a chef and Lenny is a comedian but Ainsley is miles funnier ... but still not funny.

Lenny Henry used to be very funny, but to be fair to him, he is now more actor and doing real plays.

But I find a lot of UK comedians tend to get less funny the more richer and more famous they get they get.

Ben Elton
Peter Kay

When was Lenny Henry ever funny? He made his name as a novelty of being a black man trying to break into stand-up during the 70's then hung onto the coat-tails of his (now ex) wife. It's an open secret that the only reason he was kept on at the BBC was to try and keep French and Saunders in their stable - why do you think that now he's divorced he's reduced to doing adverts for second-rate hotels?

Since when is PremierInn second rate!?

PremierInn is awesome if you want reliable convenience anywhere....

And another thing, most of them do a fantastic Full English Breakfast (all the works).

To be honest he was good in the early days.

Also I think while he is black, the novelty was him being a brumy. I do not think you get many comedians who are from Birmingham (or near there).

He was good in tizwaz.

I too am embarrassed about being drawn into such a useless thread but I gotta stick up for PremierInn.

Also what is that thing flying across the road? Is it a lifeform? In that case you cannot call it a people.

I disagree. To live in Birmingham you need a really fucking good sense of humour.
