Try closing all instances of ns. Like from task manager. Look carefully. And then restart. Sometimes an instance of the program lingers and doesn't allow an update.

Quite hit or miss, almost as if there's a barrier on some days, November and December are both approx the same, hopefully things get back to 'normal' in Jan :thumbsup
