Ripping off galleries...
 

This is fucked up, people are ripping off my old galleries, hosting them on their servers, changing the recips, but keeping my sponsor link codes in the page...I just don't understand the logic.

You have no idea how many times this has happened to me.

I had my galleries and custom tour copied, and to make things worse it was by the sponsor :(

beemk, I would prefer not to say, but my copied galleries-->tour are listed on the hun most days :(

even though it is in bad form for a sponsor to use an affiliates gallery design with out talking to them prior - i have heard from several lawyers and wannabee lawyers that it is technically legal for them to do it.

Man its like anything, you find something that works other people that copy it. you find a niche you fill it other people copy it.

no, its not...
a niche is an IDEEA, you can use it as long as you don't make copyright infringements (such as using the site name you're copying a bit modified, stuff like this).
A gallery consist in files, it is a piece of software and design, noboby can copy it without your permission.
