Gamma Acquiring 21SexturyCash

MONTREAL ? Gamma Entertainment just announced that they are acquiring all assets from the Europe based 21SexturyCash program. Founded in 2003, 21SexturyCash is one of the largest European based network of membership sites. The program is split in three substantial networks: 21sextury, 21sextreme and the highly popular and trending, 21naturals. By acquiring these assets, Gamma Entertainment will add to their portfolio of already impressive brands a significant catalog of high quality content, making them one of the largest producers and publishers of exclusive content in the membership sites segment. Fred G, Vice-President of Strategy and Business Development at Gamma Entertainment who is handling the transaction, said: ?Over the last couple of years, we have been pretty open about our desire to acquire other properties. We always had a profound respect for what 21SexturyCash has been doing over the years. After a relatively short period of discussions, we were able to put up something that was a clear win-win for both parties.? Gero, CEO for 21SexturyCash, is also cheering on the transaction by adding: ?With Gamma?s existing network of sites and the expertise of their team, we are convinced that we have found the best company to take 21SexturyCash to the next level. The negotiation with them was smooth and we quickly realized that it was a good fit. In addition, we found that it brought us good cooperation opportunities as well. Moving forward, we will remain strongly involved with Gamma by bringing them our support and dedicated work in regard to content production and non-Internet related licensing. Our ultimate goal is to further improve the content production quality of the 21SexturyCash websites that, combined with Gamma?s expertise, will set a new standard for the industry.? Magalie Rheault, Gamma's Paysite Senior Director, gave more insight about what?s coming up by saying: ?In light of the size of the 21sexturycash portfolio, over the coming months we will focus on ensuring a smooth and seamless transition for the affiliates by bringing everything into our FameDollars program. For the short term, everything should remain the same for all affiliates under 21sexturyCash. In the long run, our goal is to stay fully committed to delivering only high quality content to our customers and top converting products to our affiliates. More details on the transition will come in a few weeks.? As of today, Gamma Entertainment is already taking over the payment of all affiliates and will make sure that all affiliates balances are paid. Are they bringing the employees/production team on board as well (doesn't seem so according to the article) because Gamma hasn't done much themselves in the paysite market in recent years, so acquiring them without the team seems like just acquiring them for a cash investment and milking them until they fizzle out.
Congrats though, hope you guys invest the time/right people needed to grow them, or atleast maintain I am always skeptical of sites maintaining when new people purchase them without allowing the same team to manage, its real hard to duplicate the content style they've become accustomed to Industry sure is maturing quickly, very few companies owning most assets. |
We're all excited here at FameDollars! Can't wait to get my hands on 21Sextury and share it with all of our existing and new affiliates. I've been checking out the sites and the content is fantastic.

Win win for both if it all works out...but Gamma must keep producing otherwise it will "fizzle" in a few years....however I am an optimist and believe they will find a production centre in Europe and become even bigger :thumbsup

When is Gamma gonna update their own affiliate admin?
It's like 1998 in that thing. And the ad tools for affiliates are nothing but hosted galleries. Really? Hosted galleries? For what TGP? lol Congrats to Gamma for buying up other programs...but how about fixing up your own house too? |
To answer a few questions ; yes we will keep producing, of course. Our goal is not to change the content direction at first.
We are already active on the production side with Girlsway and FantasyMassage which are our own brands under FameDollars. 21Sextury is a whole other beast though :upsidedow It's a huge network with very different niches. Very exciting to expand in that sense, to say the least. Right now we will continue to operate 21Sextury Network as is, under 21sexturyCash. So you guys will have to wait a bit until all payments are consolidated. We will let you know when more details come about the migration under Gamma/Famedollars but for now, nothing is changing. |

So it's the only one I see since I have hundreds of programs I promote, I simply click on the program on Stats Remote and it logs me into the admin area. And as I said, Stats Remote is taking me to the "old" one. You guys should contact them and get that updated for Gamma Cash as I'm sure that I'm not the only one who uses Stats Remote. :) Also...is "Gamma Cash" itself going to have any new sites? It kind of looks like it's becoming an umbrella company instead of a viable cash program? I suppose I should stop clicking on Gamma Cash and just click directly on Fame Dollars, etc. as Gamma Cash itself doesn't look like it's being updated as a cash program with it's own paysites. When I click on Fame Dollars in Stats Remote it does indeed take me to a modern looking admin with good tools. |
