looking for a very fast offshore VPS

hello guys

i am looking for a fast ( really fast) VPS for hosting three adult websites, i need a fully manged VPS
i am looking for guys who completely ignore dmca( i don't storage any copyrighted materials on servers, i want just host my domains)
anyone has any suggestion for me?
