if it's true, so what? what business is it on the US to intervene in the affairs of a country? Iraq is not the US and Iraqis are not Americans. how about they focus on fixing domestic problems before worrying about international problems.

If you are concerned about the Iraqi people and their freedom, why won't you and your country start saving people from Iran, Belorussia, North Korea. If you look at the facts from the Department of State for those countries you will find the same crimes against humanity commited there.
