Need responsive HTML/CSS for solo model sites
 

I'm looking for someone to crank out solo model site templates. Basic HTML/CSS but needs to responsive. Very limited graphics, no cutting up PSDs or anything like that (just block placeholders for header, footer, and background image).

I want someone who doesn't need a lot of direction. I want to just give a list of features and a few example sites. I'm not picky on the design and can give you a lot of flexibility.

In fact, I'm looking for someone who can create a bunch of templates that models can choose from for their "theme".

I just need it in plain HTML or CSS. No images needed. Just placeholders for headers, banners, etc.

Plus for Bootstrap, Foundation, or Material Design.

Plus if you can deliver in Jade and Sass.
