In what languages do you want the jingles?

I suggest you find sites like Fiverr.com (I think even CZ/SK as their own version), and look for people in the following order:

- search by preferred language (ie. English, Czech/Slovak, Spanish, etc)
- search using keywords: jingles, writers, poems, poetry, lyrics, musician

Make sure you have existing audio samples of jingles and intros that you like, and share it with several of the people you find online. Let them know the style you prefer. If you can afford it, hire several of them at the same time. You may get 1-2 results back where you like the lyrics/words, but not the score/music being played in the background. Take the words you like and show it to several musical artists. Each has their own style and interpretation of what works best.

It is not the cheapest solution, but you get a lot of creativity to work with.
