Ibill Screws Up Our Wire..!
 
This just in, wtf in addition to the swift aba code is the transit code...This has not been an issue before...and why isn't Ibill helping on this?


Hello Client

Our bank is trying to effect payment for CD 03.20.03. They requested a
transit code for your bank.

The EU bank is very particular and requires more information than our US
Bank. I apologize for the delay.

I need the information by close of business Monday otherwise the payment
will be cancelled.

I got an email from Ibill explaining the issue today and I would like to apologize for jumping off the handle at them.

If I look objectively at what I (and others) say here it seems that increasingly we are blurring one issue into another. In my case I feel I am taking some of my rage at WSB out on Ibill, and that is unfair.

I have used Ibill since 98. They have helped me buy my cars and houses. Thanks to them I live a lifestyle I couldn't have imagined before and most of you poor slobs can only dream of. Through all of the troubles in the industry in the recent past I have made every effort to stick with them as I feel that there are only distant second choices. Many others who are in the know have done the same. Currently I feel their transaction scrub is the best in the industry.
