I colo with them here in Tampa and have had zero problems, all of my requests (for new email / domain setup, etc) have been handled in 24hrs or less. CandidHosting :thumbsup

I've had a dedicated box with 'em for more than a year, and I'm signing a contract tonight for a much bigger box for at least another year (or until I need more). Great service.
