Saddam acts without UN security council approval!!!

How comes he acts unilaterally?
I am sure he won't get 9 votes in the security council for that and for blowing up the oil fields. :1orglaugh

mmm.. it could be because the usa are attacking iraq without the UN making the attack illegal?

I know bush thinks it is legal but the rest of the world disagrees. Not that it matters cuz bush has all the bombs.
