Previously she replied to my messages in skype. Recently, she started to sound like a broken record, telling me that "the accounting department will take care of it". The accounting department is not doing shit. 2 weeks passed and still nobody took their finger out of their ass. After another question where my money is she does not reply, because things start getting ugly. Apparently she realizes, that she's with her back against the wall, that "wait, the accounting department will work on this and get back to you" does not cut it any more and thus chooses not to reply at all.
Indeed, I also had exclusively positive experiences with Ruth in the past. However, now-a-days, the company as a whole creates a highly unprofessional impression. Not being able to resolve a "lost wire" issue within two weeks - that is beyond excuses for a payment service provider. I will turn away from paxum as soon as I can. I don't want to risk losing my money during a epass 2.0
