Both man. Make your own TGP... then you can make your galleries how the fuck you want to. Never have to worry about not getting listed.

Its a lot harder to get traffic to a TGP where even a newb (like myself) can get 100k+ hits to a gallery :)

They both help each other in a sense.

You use a TGP to bring traffic to a TGP gallery, and the galleries fuel the TGP.
