No, China is not going to start a war over this, not yet anyway. Lets not forget China does not like us one bit, and now we are perceived as an aggressor. If Bush continues down this road and decides another 'evil regime' needs to be taken out then I can see both China and Russia (and the rest of the world for that matter) doing whatever it takes to stop Bush. How would the US react to China invading another country?

The only power that China and Russia can project against the US is ICBM's and niether will do so until they are ready to commit suicide. China is not a Naval power and Russia's Navy is rusting away, and their Airforce is cannablizing itself for parts and their Army is not training but tending their gardens and chickens so they they can eat as they are basically unfed and unpaid.
